My experience with Jessica Balmir as my therapist has been nothing short of transformative. I really appreciate all of Jessica’s help in seeing me through a really challenging time. It's been great working with her and focusing on my growth. Jessica has a warm poise and professionalism and incorporates a distinct finesse in her therapeutic approach. I never felt pushed nor rushed, but guided in a gentle way to think through my feelings, decisions, and actions to get to the core of my issues. Therapy is a partnership, two people working together to achieve a goal. I showed up to do the work for self improvement and Jessica was there every step of the way. Jessica has worked with me for the last 6 months during a challenging period of immense change and turmoil in my life. Her style and support was exactly what I've needed to get myself back on track and prepared to tackle any challenges that come my way. Jessica was amazingly helpful and insightful. She listened to my issues and gave me topics and ideas to think about in between sessions. She offered conversations through text, phone or video and checked in often with me if I hadn’t responded. I am so appreciative of all her help and will definitely request her again if I need help in the future!

Jessica Balmir is a wonderful counselor. She give great advice and she helps me with all my problems. Relationships and individuals problems! I really enjoy her help and I will continue seeing her as my advisor/therapist/ counselor.
